Cove Point Apartments provide affordable rental housing for residents 62 years of age and over. The 148-unit community was built in two phases as part of the Community Legacy Dundalk-Edgemere neighborhoods of Baltimore County. The state's Department of Housing and Community Development provided mortgage and equity financing. Cove Point residents helped dedicate the final completion of the community in May 2007. Enterprise Homes, Inc. is the joint venture partner.

| The company provided development and financing services for the Paulist Fathers' residence and seminary on twenty acres adjacent to the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. A $10 million redevelopment of the 100,000 square foot stone buildings was completed in 2007. Following a lengthy negotiation, plans were launched for a 240-unit residential community to be built and marketed by EYA of Bethesda, Maryland. |
